Maximising energy efficiency at a property owners’ association

The saving and improvement in energy efficiency in the building sector are clear and required objectives for both the buildings themselves and their installations. With the aim of maximising the comfort of the buildings’ users and improving energy efficiency for the property owners’ association at Bizkaia street, no. 11 in Portugalete (Bilbao), Sedical, in collaboration with Teycoman, has supplied a considerable number of energy saving systems.

FuturENERGY
Three WTC-GB 300 boilers have been supplied for this project with waterfall regulation via the WCM-KA 3.0 regulator and Modbus interface for remote management. Weishaupt focused on installation and maintenance when designing these new condensing boilers. The result is a fast connection and start up with easy access to every component.

Sedical has also supplied the complete system including all the components necessary for its correct installation, from hydraulic and regulation accessories, chimneys and accumulators to accessories for the gas connection. Thanks to cutting-edge technology, these new condensing boilers are at the technological forefront of the sector, in addition to complying with the ErP standard. Read more…
