Uptime International has entered into contract with Esvagt AS for delivery of an active motion compensated gangway included an adjustable pedestal. The walk to work system will be mounted during early 2016 on their new build wind turbine service operation vessel (SOV).

This is the first dedicated wind farm vessel with an adjustable pedestal, which enables the walk to work system to land at several heights with a high operability. The vessel is designed by Havyard and is chartered by Statoil to do service operations at the Dudgeon Offshore wind farm.
